Located at the eastern end of Cork's South Docklands, the Ford project will deliver a vibrant new urban quarter beside Marina Park and the city's planned light rail system. The masterplan features three staggered urban blocks with streets, courtyards, and public spaces — creating strong connections to the park and a series of pocket parks, a linear park, a local centre square, and a waterside plaza.

Ranging from 5 to 14 storeys, the buildings frame key entrances and public areas, and will provide 1,002 residential units alongside 4,500 sq.m of mixed uses, including a music venue, medical centre, childcare, and retail. Designed to meet flooding constraints, the scheme also integrates planned streetscape and infrastructure upgrades.

Part of a multi-year development, Forte Pespa is delivering high-quality, prefabricated balcony systems for this landmark project. Engineered for precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal, the balconies will enhance both the architectural design and resident experience.
